The highly-rated striker makes the short hop across north east Hampshire to boost the Farnborough frontline for the exciting run-in.

Formely on Barnsley’s books, Willard is a graduate of Aldershot Town’s Academy system and cemented a place in the First Team squad competing in The Vanarama National League as a result of his breakthrough.

Willard has found the net on five occasions in Non-League’s top flight so far and was infact one of the goalscorers against Boro in the incredible 5-7 Pre-Season Friendly meeting back in July 2021.

In March 2022, The Shots rewarded Tommy with a contract extension until the end of the 2023/24 season.

Manager Spencer Day said: “With injuries to Mason and Reggie, it’s vital I brought in another established player such as Tommy, who can play in a number of attacking areas. Thank you to Terry Brown for his usual assistance.

“We’ve also registered a certain Mr Nic Ciardini….. Nic has trained and offered his services as a valuable back up as we enter the final six weeks.

“We can confirm we’ve loaned Michael Fernandes to Hungerford Town for the rest of the season, with a recall clause for the last few days and he would be available should we make the Play-Offs.”

When new shirts arrive in the coming weeks, Tommy Willard will take shirt number 27, with Nic Ciardini at 19, Adam Lovatt at 33 and Zaid Al-Hussaini at 12.
