Farnborough return to action for their final game of the season at the Easy As HGV Stadium, as Tonbridge Angels make the trip to Hampshire.

It was an emphatic return to winning ways at the weekend for Boro as they won 3-0 against a struggling Dover Athletic side.

The win leaves The Yellows in 10th, six points adrift of the Play-Offs, with results needing to go very much their way to have a hope of reaching them.

Tonbridge Angels have managed just one win in their last five fixtures, a 4-3 thriller against Hungerford Town, in a run that has cost them their chance of making the Play-Offs.

The Angels sit one place below Farnborough, only behind The Yellows by two points and will be looking to regain their form for the final two games of their season to end the season strongly.

After the Dover Athletic victory, Boro boss Spencer Day spoke about the visit of Jay Saunders’ men: “They’ve had a really good season. Quite frankly, the situation is we need to win the game, and arguably we need to win the game by a number of goals. We know how difficult it’s going to be. They can overtake us if they beat us.”

Boro and Tonbridge Angels have come together 10 times in total. The Kent outfit have come out on top in the more recent fixtures, winning the previous four matches. However, Farnborough won all six games prior to that.

Let’s get a final home win of the season. Come on Farnborough!
