Equally at home in defence or midfield, the promising youngster has signed an initial one-month loan deal from Sky Bet League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers.

Having risen through the Needham Market Academy and after breaking into their First Team at the age of 16, Clark was soon snapped up by The Chairboys last August following a successful trial period.

Taylor made his First Team debut for Wycombe Wanderers on 19 September 2023, as a late substitute in a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace U21s.

Manager Spencer Day commented: “Taylor trained well with us this week and as a defensive midfielder, gets the opportunity to go straight into the side.

“We have also agreed a right-back/wing-back but due to a minor injury, paperwork has been delayed until next week.”

Taylor has been allocated shirt number 18.
