Ollie has been with The Addicks since the age of 11, rising all the way up through the Club’s Academy before he earned his first professional deal in May 2023.

The youngster is versatile in the backline and has non-league experience from his time on loan at Chatham Town last season.

After two full seasons for Charlton Athletic’s Under 21s, Hobden joined fellow loanee Toby Bower in penning a contract extension at The Valley two months ago.

The Academy graduate was rewarded further with his First Team debut by Nathan Jones back in August; a Carabao Cup Second Round tie at Cambridge United.

During his time with the Under 18 and 21 sides, Ollie built up a good relationship playing alongside Boro’s Toby Bower and Ryan Huke.

Hobden has been allocated shirt number 27.
