Sue is one of our wonderful volunteers who, whilst having to withstand some disabilities, works tirelessly around the Club week in, week out.

As well as helping with the upkeep of our Stadium, Sue can be found in the popular Club Shop with her partner Derrick on home Match Day’s, where merchandise is sold to supporters.

Sue is a lovely lady and quite simply one of those volunteers who goes above and beyond. She arrives early and is one of the last to leave on a Match Day, with a proud Chairman Simon Gardener describing her as “worth her weight in gold”.

When not at the Easy As HGV Stadium, she is busy organising travel plans and taking bookings to enable supporters to get to and from away games.

Chairman Simon Gardener added: “From the moment I walked into the Club, Sue has been one of the outstanding volunteers. She has done so many good things and is part of a team growing the Club and getting our name out into the community. Sue gives up her time for many people and has been doing so for years.”
