Neil has a huge family connection with Farnborough Town as a past player and of course with his wonderful Father Keith.

Having completed just under 10 years as Joint-Manager at Slough Town – including promotion to The Vanarama National League South – Neil brings a wealth of extensive experience back to Boro.

Returned to Cherrywood Road in January 2024 to head up the Management team, alongside Spencer Day, Steve Baker, Ricky Holmes and Dave Hill.
