Higgs started out his football career with Southampton and went on to make 21 appearances in the Under 18 Premier League, scoring nine goals for The Saints’ Academy side.
The Portsmouth-born striker also had a loan spell at Gosport Borough to aid his development.
Tommy-Lee is also formerly of Bognor Regis Town where he won their Players’ Player of the Season award after scoring 24 goals in a season that saw The Rooks relegated from Isthmian League Premier Division.
Brian Dutton secured the signature of Higgs in July 2025 and he made nine appearances for Salisbury this season, prior to a move to north east Hampshire.
Signed for Farnborough in October 2025.
Late in November, Higgs joined Sholing on loan.
