Kevin began his career at Norwich City’s Academy where he spent two years as an Academy Acholar and was part of the FA Youth Cup winning team during the 2013/13 season. Released in May 2014, he joined Colchester United, although injury meant he did not make any First Team appearances during his one season with the Essex side.

Lokko then spent a season a piece in the National League with Welling United and Maidstone Untied. In August 2017, he signed for Stevenage, and had loan spells with Dagenham & Redbridge and Dover Athletic, before joining Dover Athletic on a permanent basis in June 2018 and becoming Captain.

The year 2020 saw him sign for Harrogate Town before signing for Aldershot Town in July 2021, a season thwarted by injury. Kevin joined Boro from neighbours Aldershot Town in Summer 2022.
