Craig has been First Team Manager since Farnborough Women formed in April 2023.

Guided Boro to the Hampshire County Women’s Football League Division 3 title and the Hampshire FA Women’s Trophy in just his first season.

He went one further in his second campaign, overseeing his side win the Hampshire County Women’s Football League Division 1 title, Hampshire County Women’s Football League Invitational Cup and even retain the Hampshire FA Women’s Trophy.

Now starts his exciting third season in the Southern Region Women’s Football League Division 1 North.
