UEFA B Licenced Steve Baker joined Spencer and co at the start of the 2023/24 Vanarama National League South season.

Steve is renowned for his time at Harrow Borough, where he was their longest serving Manager, totalling 501 games in the dugout for the north-west London outfit.

Baker was previously in charge of Ryman South Chipstead from 2013 until January 2015, when he then took the hotsteat at the Earlsmead Stadium right up until May 2023.

Also formerly Manager of Egham Town and Walton & Hersham, Steve turned out for Hayes, Yeading, Hendon and Egham Town throughout his well-respected playing career.
