Hisham moves to North East Hampshire from Southern League Division One South side AFC Totton, where he scored an impressive 30 goals throughout the 2021/22 season.
The frontman joined AFC Totton from Blackfield & Langley back in May 2020, having previously played for Team Solent in Southampton.
